iphone web application

It's a iphone web application. Having web based control panel as well as site where one can add various places with GPS coordinates. User can register with the site and add the places and share them in public domain or  create groups , invite friends , add friends in a groups managing its access to public, private etc..
The saved information can be searched as per availiblity of the content into public or private groups and location will be displayed using Google MAPs API.
